परी चौक पर यात्रियों की असुविधा को लेकर विधायक जेवर ने जताई चिंता

जेवर विधानसभा के विधायक ने ग्रेटर नोएडा के परी चौक क्षेत्र में रोडवेज यात्रियों को हो रही भारी असुविधाओं पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए ग्रेटर नोएडा औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण के मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी को एक विस्तृत पत्र प्रेषित किया है।
विधायक ने अपने पत्र में कहा कि परी चौक जैसे अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण एवं व्यस्त यातायात केंद्र पर यात्रियों के लिए मूलभूत सुविधाओं का अभाव चिंताजनक है। प्रतिदिन हजारों की संख्या में छात्र, कर्मचारी, महिलाएँ, वरिष्ठ नागरिक एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लोग यहाँ से आवागमन करते हैं, लेकिन उनके लिए पर्याप्त छायादार प्रतीक्षालय, पेयजल और बैठने की व्यवस्था जैसी आवश्यक सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध नहीं हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि भीषण गर्मी एवं वर्षा के दौरान यात्रियों को खुले में घंटों बसों की प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ती है, जिससे महिलाओं, बच्चों एवं बुजुर्गों को विशेष रूप से कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। यह स्थिति जनसुविधा एवं प्रशासनिक संवेदनशीलता दोनों के दृष्टिकोण से उचित नहीं कही जा सकती।
विधायक ने प्राधिकरण से कहा है कि परी चौक क्षेत्र में आधुनिक एवं स्थायी बस शेल्टर, पेयजल सुविधा और बैठने की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था, डिजिटल बस सूचना प्रणाली एवं समुचित प्रकाश व्यवस्था शीघ्र स्थापित कराई जाए। साथ ही यात्रियों की सुरक्षा एवं यातायात प्रबंधन को भी पुलिस की मदद से सुदृढ़ करने हेतु कहा गया है।
उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि ग्रेटर नोएडा प्राधिकरण जनहित के इस महत्वपूर्ण विषय पर संवेदनशीलता दिखाते हुए शीघ्र आवश्यक कार्यवाही करेगा, जिससे आमजन को राहत मिल सके।

Writes to the CEO of Greater Noida Authority Seeking Immediate Provision of Basic Public Facilities

The MLA of Jewar Assembly constituency has expressed serious concern regarding the hardships being faced by roadways passengers and daily commuters at the Pari Chowk area in Greater Noida, and has sent a detailed letter to the Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority seeking urgent intervention.
In his letter, the MLA stated that the lack of basic public amenities at Pari Chowk — one of the most important and busiest transit hubs of the region — is a matter of serious concern. Thousands of students, office-goers, women, senior citizens, and residents from rural areas commute through the location every day, yet essential facilities such as covered waiting areas, drinking water and seating arrangements remain inadequate or unavailable.
He further stated that during extreme summer heat and rainy weather, passengers are often compelled to wait for long hours in open areas, causing severe inconvenience, particularly to women, children, and elderly citizens. Such a situation, he noted, is not appropriate from the perspective of public convenience as well as administrative sensitivity.
The MLA has told the Authority to urgently develop modern and permanent bus shelters at Pari Chowk along with drinking water facilities and seating arrangements, digital bus information systems, and proper lighting infrastructure. He also emphasized the need to strengthen passenger safety and traffic management in the area.
The MLA expressed confidence that the Greater Noida Authority will act sensitively and promptly on this important public issue in the larger interest of commuters and the general public.
